Anna Zlokovic's debut film Appendage, certainly does not show the potential limitations of a first feature film. A perfectly executed body horror film that explores societal pressures while giving audiences a memorable monster makes the Huluween-released movie perfect for the spooky season. In fact, Appendage will likely leave you wanting more parasitic horror or films where the protagonist gets replaced by something sinister.
