David Cronenberg is commonly known as the master of body horror, and each of his movies delivers some of the gnarliest scenes ever captured on-screen. Cronenberg's career between the '70s and the '90s is marked by the presence of horror elements mixed with sharp political allegories, constantly flirting with the grotesque.
